Personal Care
Our carers provide respectful, gentle assistance with daily activities so you can maintain your comfort and dignity.
Includes:

A clean, organised home makes a big difference to your wellbeing. We can help with everyday household tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Social Support & Companionship
We believe emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Our carers provide companionship and help you stay connected to your community.

Nursing Services
All nursing care is delivered by or under the direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure clinical accuracy and safety.

• Wound care and dressing changes
• Catheter and stoma care
• Blood pressure and diabetes monitoring
• Post hospital and recovery support
• Health assessments and clinical reviews

Registered Nurse Services
For clinical care, wound management, medication administration, catheter care, assessments and ongoing nursing support

Travel Fees
We charge $1.00 per kilometre for travel completed with a client or on a client's behalf, such as attending appointments, shopping or running agreed errands.
Any travel outside of your regular service requirements will always be discussed with you beforehand, so you'll know exactly what to expect before any costs are incurred.
Support at Home Clients
If you're receiving government-funded home care through the Support at Home program, we make the process simple.
As a trusted care partner of Trilogy Care, our services are billed in accordance with Trilogy Care's approved pricing schedule, so you'll always know what to expect.
We work closely with Trilogy Care to coordinate your services, helping you access the support you need as quickly and smoothly as possible, while making the most of your available funding.
