Personal Care
Our carers provide respectful, gentle assistance with daily activities so you can maintain your comfort and dignity.
Includes:
• Showering and grooming
• Dressing and mobility support
• Toileting and continence care
• Medication prompting
• Assistance with meals and hydration

Domestic Assistance
A clean, organised home makes a big difference to your wellbeing. We can help with everyday household tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Includes:
• Light cleaning and tidying
• Laundry and linen changes
• Dishwashing
• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and errands

Social Support & Companionship
We believe emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Our carers provide companionship and help you stay connected to your community.

• Friendly visits and conversation
• Transport to appointments or social outings
• Support to attend community events
• Assistance with hobbies and activities

Nursing Services
All nursing care is delivered by or under the direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure clinical accuracy and safety.
Includes:
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Catheter and stoma care
• Blood pressure and diabetes monitoring
• Post hospital and recovery support
• Health assessments and clinical reviews

For clinical care, wound management, medication administration, catheter care, assessments and ongoing nursing support

Travel Fees
Travel with client or on the client’s behalf: $1.00 per kilometre
Travel within local areas is charged at the travel rate. Any additional travel or errands outside local zones are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Support at Home (ex Home Care Package) Clients
If you’re receiving government-funded care, your rates are billed in line with Trilogy Care’s approved schedule - so there are no out of pocket surprises.
We work directly with Trilogy Care to ensure your services begin without delay and that your funding is used effectively.
