At Velora Care, we believe in clear and transparent pricing – no hidden fees or complicated schedules.
All services are registered nurse-led, ensuring every client receives safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
We support private clients and Support at Home clients through our partnership with Trilogy Care.

CARER SERVICES
Ideal for personal care, domestic support, companionship and respite.

REGISTERED NURSE SERVICES
For clinical care, wound management, medication administration, catheter care, assessments and ongoing nursing support

TRAVEL FEES
Travel with the client or on the client’s behalf: $1.00 per kilometre
Travel within local areas is charged at the travel rate. Any additional travel or errands outside local zones are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.
SUPPORT AT HOME (EX HOME CARE PACKAGE) CLIENTS
If you’re receiving government-funded care, your rates are billed in line with Trilogy Care’s approved schedule – so there are no out-of-pocket surprises.
We work directly with Trilogy Care to ensure your services begin without delay and that your funding is used effectively.
